Virtual Platform Services

Give your attendees an easy to use on-line system.

  • Build an on-demand program for the V-Con platform, Virtual Conference Connections.
  • The website and platform are mobile-optimized and responsive to users' preferred devices.
  • Collect all files on our services according to size parameters and file naming conventions mutually agreed upon with Event. CMS will store content for one year.
  • CMS will check all videos for length and work with presenters to stay within requirements if asked.
  • Take appropriate action to secure platform access to avoid being hacked, disrupted, or hijacked by unwanted predators. This would include but is not limited to user authentication, meeting passwords, and other appropriate means.
  • Host recorded sessions, for example, opening and plenary sessions.
  • Perform system stress testing to ensure anticipated simultaneous users will enjoy uninterrupted access.
  • The platform will be accessible for 30 days after the Client starts the “on-demand” program. The client can request access beyond 30 days for an additional fee.

  • Event Dashboard is provided to the client for access to statistical information on attendee counts and other appropriately collectible information.
  • Every Registrant has a program schedule dashboard.
